THE PIG-in the South Downs

The Visitor Giving Partnership is a way of inviting visitors, guests and customers to put something back into the places they love to visit with a donation on their final bill.

THE PIG-in the South Downs is a West Sussex hotel and restaurant based in Madehurst, deep in the heart of the South Downs National Park between Slindon, Amberley and Arundel. They have joined our Visitor Giving scheme in order to give back to their local patch and to help make sure its looked after.

Each of the PIG hotels has a dedicated, local charity partner to help make a positive impact in the communities they’re rooted in, and to make sure they leave the land in a better way than they found it.

We’re thrilled that the PIG in the South Downs has chosen the South Downs Trust to be their dedicated partner.

Its another example of how people, place and prosperity can all come together. A beautiful National Park helps attract visitors to the hotel, whose support of the program, and guest’s generosity in turn help maintain and even enhance the natural surroundings.
